The partly curved lines imitate the hot steam of a freshly brewed coffee. The rising scent is part of a conviviality that is found in street cafes, dance halls and other meeting places and connects people. The material basis is in particular a disused menu from a small cafe, which is also a roastery, in the north of Hamburg. A place where our grand daughter trained as a barista and earned her certification in roasting. A cafe that produces a top blend of pure Arabica beans with the Garstedt Blend and with which we associate many good memories.
