#3 lady luck

€125.00

Price without frame

Size: European DIN A4 (30x20cm)

After #2 dark taste, this one here is number two of the four collages from the coffee series. The coloring focuses primarily on the black and white area. In contrast to this, the protagonist of the composition receives a fresh red and white color combination. She arranges herself in the center of the picture and flirts with the coffee in front of her. Both form a line-guided unit and thus set themselves apart from the rest of what is depicted, a dreamy street café somewhere in northern Europe. The collage material used are mainly fragments of old illustrated papers and magazines. #2 lady luck is a homage to a small café, which is also a roastery, in northern Germany. A place where our oldest daughter trained as a barista and earned her certification in roasting. A café with which we associate many beautiful memories.
